Business Limits per Plan

• Each plan tier now has a business creation limit (Free: 1, Basic: 1, Business: 5, Unlimited: unlimited)
• The API rejects business creation when you've reached your plan's limit
• The "New Business" dialog shows an upgrade prompt with a link to billing when at capacity
• Pricing cards now display business counts and clarify "per business" for location limits

Improved Notifications

• Notification body now shows the actual suggestion content or issue title instead of a raw ID
• Clicking a notification navigates directly to the relevant item in the suggestions or issues list
• The selected item is automatically highlighted in the detail panel
