AI Data Processing
When you use AI-powered features, your data is processed as follows:
- Chat messages are sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses — these providers process data according to their own privacy policies but do not use Feedbaxster data to train their models
- Chat data may be used in aggregate to improve AI response quality and relevance
- Response ratings (thumbs up/down) are used for quality monitoring and service improvement
- Businesses can opt out of AI data collection at any time via dashboard Settings under "AI & Data"
- When a business opts out, rating buttons are hidden and existing ratings are excluded from analytics
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who perform services on our behalf
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of our users or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Subprocessors
We use the following third-party subprocessors to operate our services. Each subprocessor is contractually obligated to protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Data Retention
- Active account data is retained for the duration of the subscription.
- Feedback data is retained for the lifetime of the business account.
- Upon account deletion request, all personal data is purged within 30 days. Feedback text is anonymized (author removed) rather than deleted, to preserve aggregate analytics for the business.
- Backup data is retained for up to 8 weeks (offsite dumps).
- Stripe retains payment records per their own retention policy.
Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Regular security assessments and audits
- Access controls and authentication mechanisms
- Secure data storage practices
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
